  <p>Information: MILLWOOD - Ruth Kathryn Wolfe, 74, of Millwood, departed this life, October 22 at her home following an extended illness  She was born February 26, 1929 in Culloden, a daughter of the late Raymond L. Handley and Grace (Meddings) Chirgwin.  She was a homemaker, a member of the Point Pleasant View United Methodist Church in Millwood and a 50-plus year member of the Order of Eastern Star, Pt. Pleasant Chapter No. 75.  Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Phillip and Melanie Peveto of Ravenswood; brother, Roger Handley of Dunedin, FL; sisters-in-law, Anna, Lora, Flora, Geraldine and Oda; grandchildren, Adam Decareaux and Nickie Richards; great-grandchildren, Alexus Decareaux and Mackenzie Richards.  She is also survived by several special nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Oshel Wolfe; a son, Donald Peveto; and brothers, Paul Handley and Ernest ""Red"" Handley.  Funeral services were October 25, 2003, at Pleasant View Methodist Church with Reverend Phillip Scarberry officiating.  Burial followed in the church cemetery.  Visitation was from 4-7 p.m. at Casto Funeral Home in Ravenswood.</p>
