  <p>Information: Mrs. Jacqueline Board Withrow of 261 Spring St., Ripley, died Wednesday, Oct. 15, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  She was an employee of the Dept. of Highways and a member of Epworth United Methodist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Robert; sons, Jeff, Bruce and Don Parsons,all of Ripley, Doug Parsons of Sandyville; step-daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Blocker of Norfolk, Va., Mrs. Rebecca Woods, Mrs. Terry Bowles and Cynthia Withrow, all of Charleston; step-son, Robert of Charleston; sister, Diana Looney of Ripley; two granddaughters; four step-grandchildren.  Service was Friday in Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Harold Custer officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery, Ripley.</p>
