  <p>Information: Garland Clair Withrow, 64, of Kenna, died May 13, 1991, in St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, after a long illness. He was self-employed in general maintenance and was born in Kenna.  He was a Protestant and a lifelong resident of Kanawha and Jackson counties.  Surviving:  sisters, Kathryn Thomas of Kenna, Deloris Shamblin of Sissonville; step-sisters, Hazel Thomas of Romance, Gertrude Monk of Chillicothe, Ohio, Maxine Boice of Sissonville; brother, Glennis Jones of Given; stepbrothers, Lewis Jones of Rand, Dorsel Jones of Lexington, Ky; several nieces and nephews.  Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at Long & Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Pete Jones officiating.  Burial will be in Thomas family cemetery, Kenna.</p>
