  <p>Information: Marie Rachel Wise, 82, of Vienna died Tuesday morning in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital following a long illness.  She was born in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Charles U. and Virginia Price Conger.  She was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church.  Survivors include three sons, Lewis E. Wise of Wethersfield, Conn., Donald C. Wise of Vienna, with whom she lived, and Glen W. Wise, also of Vienna; one sister, Fay Vannoy of Parkersburg; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, George William Wise, in 1938; three sisters, three brothers and one granddaughter.  Funeral services were planned for 2:30 Friday at the Vaughn Funeral Home, with the Pastor Paul R. Knierim officiating.  Burial was to be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.</p>
