Information: Margaret Lenora Winters, 46, of Baltimore, formerly of Ripley, died Friday in Union Memorial Hospital of a massive stroke.  She was a senior program advisor for the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for the state department of Maryland Alcoholism Control Administration.  She was a graduate of West Virginia University and Howard University and was a member of University Baptist Church, Baltimore.  Surviving:  brother, Virgil Allen Winters of Ripley; sister, Ileane Ackley of Clearwater, Fla.; six nieces and nephews.  Service was held Sunday in Goshen Baptist Church, Kentuck, with the Rev. Orville Walker and the Rev. Gary White officiating.  Burial was in Goshen Cemetery.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.
