Information: MRS. MAGGIE WINTERS SUCCUMBS AT RIPLEY   Funeral rites were conducted yesterday at the Ephesus Baptist Church, with the Rev. Vairl Winter officiating for Mrs. Maggie Winters, 93, of Ripley, who died Monday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Sarah Skeen, following a brief illness.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  Born at Malden, a daughter of the late James and Lidia Wikle Kelly, she was the widow of John E. Winters and a member of the Ephesus Baptist Church near Kenna.  Survivors include Mrs. Skeen and two other daughters, Mrs. Edith Waybright, Ripley, and Mrs. Clara Whited, Gay; four sons, Herbert Winters, Buffalo, Audron Winter, Gay, Clyde Winters, Belpre, and Dale Winters, Dunbar, 30 grandchildren, 61 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.  Parsons Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
