  <p>Information: Funeral services were held Friday at Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayne Hinesman officiating for William Clyde Winter, 73, of Belpre, formerly of Jackson County, who died Wednesday in Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg, after a short illness.  Burial was in Sinaiville Cemetery.  Born in Plum Orchard, he was a son of the late John and Margaret Kelly Winter and was a retired farmer.    Survivors include his wife, Audrey Casto Winter; two daughters, Mrs. Russell Daugherty and Mrs. Perry Null of Belpre; three brothers, Herbert of Burnt House, Audron of Gay and Dale of Dunbar; three sisters, Edith Waybight and Sarah Skeen of Ripley and Clara Whited of Gay; and four grandchildren.</p>
