  <p>Information:        Warren Crayton Winter, 74, of Ripley, died July 21, 1992 at Jackson General Hospital.  He was born (November 8, 1918) in Jackson County, a son of the late Art I. and Tennie Reynolds Winter.  He was a member of the Ripley Baptist Temple where he was a past trustee.  He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum and was a World War II veteran (PFC, US Army, WW II.).              Surviving are his wife, Ilene Rhodes Winter; one son, Sherman Winter of Crown Point, Ind, one daughter, Carolyn Kenney of Ripley; one foster daughter, Linda Barnette of Midway, WV; one brother, Leon Winter of Charleston; two sisters, Anita Staats of Ravenswood and Lucille Miller of Daytona Beach, Fla.; four grandchildren, Angela Hayes, Stephanie Ballard, Jennifer Clark, Kira Ratajec, Logan Ballard, William Clark, Chase Ballard, Austin Clark, Ryan Hayes.              Services were Friday at Ripley Baptist Temple with the Rev. Mike Norris officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.                 </p>
