  <p>Information: Virginia Lee Winter, 75, of Sandyville, departed this life, December 12, 1999, at St. Joseph Hospital, Parkersburg, WV following a brief illness.  She was born at Cottageville WV, a daughter of the late Clyde and Emma Jane (Fox) Stewart.  She was retired from the Jackson County Commission on Aging and was a member of the Sandyville United Methodist Church.  Survivors include sons, Ronald Winter of Simpsonsville, SC, Richard Winter of Sandyville, and Michael Winter of Belpre, Ohio; daughter, Sharon Staats of Sandyville; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Winter; brothers, Guy, Joe, Benjamin and Hubert and an infant sister.  Service was held Thursday, December 16, 1999 at 11 a.m. at Casto Funeral Home, Evans WV, with the Rev. Gerald B. Sayre and the Rev. Thomas Moore officiating.  Burial followed in Jackson County Memory Gardens, Cottageville, WV.  Visitation 4 p.m.  - 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.                              </p>
