  <p>Information: Ernest ""Amy"" Wine, 59, of Ripley, died July 6, 1991, in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, of a long illness.  He was retired from Kaiser Aluminum and had worked for West Virginia Public Service Commission.  He was a Navy veteran and a member of Masonic Lodge 16, Ripley.  Surviving:  wife, Gladys; son, Mark of Ripley; brother, Robert C. of Poca; sisters, Betty Kessell of Akron, Ohio, Mardine Dean and Geraldine Isaac, both of St. Albans.  Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 20, 1991 at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley with the Rev. Ray Humphrey officiating.  There will be no visitation.  Vail Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
