Information: William Patrick Windle, 48, of Sacramento, CA, formerly of Beckley, died Tuesday, April 17, 1990, at home after a short illness.  He was a native of Beckley and a graduate of Beckley High School.  He was an Air Force veteran and a Catholic.  He was owner and operator of Flowers by Patrick Windle of Sacramento.  Surviving:  mother, Gertrude Young Windle of Ravenswood, W. Va.; brothers, James G. III of Plano, Texas, Melvin P. of West Hills, Calif.; sister, Trudye Y. Windle of Ravenswood.  Memorial service will be at a later date.  The body was cremated.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood was in charge of arrangements.
