  <p>Information: Dallas F. ""Doug"" Wilson, 88, of Ripley, died September 1, at Virginia Beach General Hospital, Virginia Beach, VA., following an extended illness.  He was born in Letart, a son of the late Charles and Bertha Wilson.  He was a retired construction worker for the West Virginia Department of Highways and was a mechanic.  He attended the United Brethren Church.  Surviving:  one son, Frederick Wilson of Virginia Beach; one daughter, Juanita Bush of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Freda Living and Beulah Utterback, both of Akron; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Reva Wilson; one son, Cecil Wilson; three brothers, Russell Wilson, Roy Living and George Living; two sisters, Marie Godbey and Leona Living; and one grandson, Scottie Wilson.  Service will be 1 p.m. today (Saturday) at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.  Burial will be in Otterbein Cemetery.</p>
