  <p>Information: Evelyn May Willis, 62, of Ripley, died April 5, 1990, at her residence after a long illness.  She was born in Liverpool, a daughter of Janie Rhodes Mitchell of Ripley, and the late Roy Mitchell.  She was employed at the Bare Foot Sole Factory, Ohio.  She is survived by four brothers, Laurence Mitchell of New Manchester, WV, Junior T. Mitchell of Gay, Buddy Mitchell of Doylestown, Ohio and Bubby Mitchell of Arnoldsburg; four sisters, Violet Burdette of Leroy, Dorothy Grady and Annalea McCrady, both of Ripley, Barbara Freeman of Gallipolis Ferry.  Services were held Saturday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Wayne Hinzman officiating.  Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery.</p>
