  <p>Information: Samuel W. Williams, 82, of Ripley, died Saturday evening at his home following a long illness.  He was born June 2, 1880 at Marshall, Jackson county, the son of Henderson and Dorcas Rhodes Williams.  Mr. Williams was a retired farmer and a member of the Mill Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Cora Williams; two sons, Walter Williams of Spencer, and Ralph Williams of Ripley; four daughters, Mrs. Okla Keeney of Charleston, Mrs. Euna Boggs of Grafton, Mrs. Betty Morey of Parkersburg, and Mrs. Ruth Stewart of Pt. Pleasant; two sisters, Mrs. Lucy Bradley of Williamstown, and Mrs. Carrie Wright; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Vail funeral home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Pine Hill cemetery, Ripley. Friends may call at the funeral home.</p>
