  <p>Information: ORVILLE, OHIO - Russell L. Williams, 72, of Orville, formerly of Kenna, W. Va., died June 25, 1996 in Doctors Hospital, Massillon, after a long illness.  He was retired from Crown Fiberglass, Orville, and was an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  sons, Waler of Frederick, Md., Danny and Delton, both of Orville; daughters, Flo Corns of Elyria, Betty Balis, Joyce Myers, Ruth Hinkle and Doris Williams, all of Orville; brother, Darrell of St. Albans, W. Va.; sisters, Josephine Harrison of Sissonville, W. Va., Pauline Casto of Sandyville, W. Va., Lucy Williams and Juanita Fisher, both Glen Burnie, Md.; 20 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Parsons-Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley, W. Va., with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Raines Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
