  <p>Information: Roy Virgil Williams, 71, Liverpool, Jackson county, died early yesterday morning at the home of a son and daughter, 1606 36th St., Parkersburg. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Little Creek Methodist Church.  Born July 11, 1889, in Jackson county, he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henderson Williams.  Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Eva. E. Williams; a son, Raymond Williams, Parkersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Velma Vincent, Dayton, and Mrs. Sibyl Corbitt, Parkersburg; seven grandchildren. Two brothers, S. W. Williams, Ripley and Everett L. Williams, Parkersburg; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Wright, Spencer and Mrs. Lucy Bradley, Williamstown.  Mr. Williams was preceded in death by a daughter. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Frozen Camp Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call at the Burdette & Lindsey funeral home until noon Saturday.  The body will then be taken to the church to lie in state.</p>
