Information: GAY - Otho Williams, 84, of Gay, died Jan. 25, 1995, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, after a long illness.  He was a farmer and retired from the state Department of Highways.  He was a Protestant.  Surviving:  wife, Dollie Williams; daughter, Lula Young of Spencer; brother, Denzil of Kenna; sister, Bertha Raines of Charleston; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.  Service will be 1 p.m. Friday at Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Orville Walker officiating.  Burial will be in Williams Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
