  <p>Information: Rites will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Ogdin Funeral Home for Mrs. Laura W. Williams, 81, of 3301 Broad St., who died Monday in the Flower Hospital at Toledo, O., following an extended illness.  The Rev. John L. Holbert will officiate with burial to be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.  Born in Jackson county, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Martha Wolfe.  A resident of Parkersburg for the last 25 years, she was a member of Stout Memorial United Methodist Church.  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Mable Modesitt of Toledo and Mrs. Wanda McPeek of Parkersburg; one son, Max Williams of Corpus Christi, Texas; one sister, Mrs. Iva Shouldis; and one brother, Gay Wolfe.  She was preded in death by her husband, Hurl Williams, and four sisters.  Friends may call at the funeral home.</p>
