Information: Haylee Elizabeth Williams, daughter of Robert and Debra Sayre Williams, of Millwood, was stillborn Oct. 23, 1992 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Parkersburg.  Surviving in addition to her parents are her paternal grandparents, Howard J. and M. Faye Williams of Whitehouse, Ohio; maternal grandparents. Cecil and Pansy Sayre of Swanton, Ohio; and maternal great-grandmother, Mary Sayre of Toledo, Ohio.  Services will be at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) Ravenswood Cemetery, the Rev. Sylvester Staud officiating.  Arrangements handled by the Ravenswood Funeral Home.
