  <p>Information: Geraldine Opal Williams, 55, of Ripley, died Saturday at Roane General Hospital in Spencer after a long illness.  She was born in Jackson County, the daughter of the late Clarence and Ella Thomas Williams. She was a Methodist and had 16 years&#39; service with the Owens Illinois Glass Plant.  Surviving:  three brothers, Orville Williams of Spencer, Garland and Auville Williams, both of Charlotte, N. C.; three sisters, Janice Ruth Williams of Ripley, Garnett Fisher of Fairplain, and Gerta Conley of Looneyville.  Services were held Tuesday at Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. D. C. Guthrie officiating.  Burial was in Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
