  <p>Information: Rites for Mrs. Eva E. Williams, 84, of 1606 36th St., who died Sunday evening in St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital after a long illness, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Shaver and Son Funeral Home.  The Rev. D. C. Guthrie will officiate with burial to be in the Frozen Camp Cemetery in Jackson county. Born at Liverpool, Jackson county, she was a daughter of the late Alfred C. and Sarah O. Streets Eagle.  Survivors include one son, Raymond V. Williams of Parkersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Velma L. Vincent of Fairbourne, O., and Mrs. Sibyl L. Corbitt of Parkersburg; one brother, Robert W. Eagle of Parkersburg; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Virgil Williams, five brothers and sisters.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
