  <p>Information: WILLIAMS RITES HELD ON SATURDAY - Rites were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Chambers funeral home, Ravenswood, for Mrs. Elva Ritchie Williams, 80, of Ravenswood, who died in the Cabell-Huntington Hospital Wednesday following a long illness.  Interment was in the Ravenswood cemetery with the Rev. Donald Casto officiating.  Mrs. Williams was born in Ohio, a daughter of the late A. C. and Laura Smith Ritchie, and is survived by her husband, Edgar Williams; five daughters, Mrs. James R. Seward, Case Lake, Minn., Mrs. Ward King and Mrs. Joseph Blackburn, both of Ravenswood, Juanita Williams of Cleveland, Ohio, Mrs. Raymond Pixley of Cleveland, Ohio; four sons, Justin Williams, Belpre, O., Robb Williams, Ravenswood, E. Ray Williams, Ashtabula, Ohio, and James Williams, West Salem, Ill.  Also surviving are two sisters, Golda Ritchie and Mrs. Virgil Flinn, both of Ravenswood; two brothers, R. E. Ritchie and W. S. Ritchie, both of Ravenswood; 27 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.</p>
