  <p>Information:      Edgar DeWitt Williams, 60, of Ripley, died August 24, 2004, at CAMC, Memorial Division.  He was born July 2, 1944, son of the late John Edgar and Nellie Frances Clinton Williams, in Jackson County.  He was retired from the Jackson County Public Library, Ripley Branch; a member of Calvary United Methodist Church; and an avid geneologist.         He is survived by a brother, Dana Williams of Ripley; sister, Velda Jean Wilson of Ripley; and three nephews and two nieces.  A funeral service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with Reverend Steve Puckett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Clinton-Crane Cemetery, Ripley.     NOTE:           Dana Leon Williams, a brother to Dewitt, died February 17, 2018, at CMAC-Memorial Hospital, Charlesotn, WV.   He was born August 20, 1947 in Ripley, WV.  Dana was cremated and his remains are buried in the Clinton-Crance Cemetery.  No obitutary.  </p>
