  <p>Information: EARL WILLIAMS, 71, DIES IN KENTUCKY - Earl Williams, 71, of Oil Springs, Ky., died Monday, January 2, at his home after an extended illness. Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4th at the Paintsville, Ky. Funeral Home by the Rev. J. T. Bailey and the Rev. Arnold Reed.  Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, Ky.  He was a retired farmer and a member of the United Baptist Church.  He was born in Ripley, W. Va., Sept. 23, 1895, a son of the late William and Diane DeWeese Williams.  Survirors include the widow, Mrs. Edith Reed Williams; one son, Leland E. Williams of Limestone, Maine; three daughters, Mrs. Walter Horne of Hillard, Ohio, Mrs. Robert Irwin of West Jefferson, Ohio and Mrs. Jerry Redding of Vallejo, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Charlie Long of Ripley, and eight grandchildren.</p>
