  <p>Information: Marilyn Koontz Wilkinson, 50, of Charleston, died Dec. 14, 1995, at home after a short illness.  She was an employee of Wolford Consultants and attended Emmanuel Baptist Church.  Surviving:  husband, Paul S. Wilkinson; sons, Wayne Douglas and Kenneth Scott, both of Morgantown; parents, Denna and Gladys Koontz of Goldtown; sisters, Mildred Bledsoe and Pam Surrett, both of Charleston; brothers, Winfred Koontz of Sissonville, David Koontz of Goldtown.  Service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at Bartlett-Burdette-Cox Funeral Home, with the Rev. Ron Stoner officiating.  Burial will be in Legacy Memorial Gardens, Tyler Mountain.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
