  <p>Information: Jeff Gregory Wiggins, 42, of Milton, formerly of Ravenswood, died March 3, 1996, in a fire at his home.  He was born in Alma, Mich., a son of Uda Mae Nowlin Wiggins of Ravenswood, and the late John J. Wiggins.  He was a graduate of Ravenswood High School and a U. S. Army veteran of Vietnam. He was an employee of Jack Dempsey Construction Co., Milton, and was a member of Ashton Lodge 12 AF&AM, Brick Masons Union and Grace Episcopal Church, Ravenswood.  Surviving, in addition to his mother, are three sons, Justin Ryan Wiggins, Jared Gregory Wiggins and Joshua Ray Wiggins, all of Ravenswood; two brothers, John S. Wiggins of Ravenswood and William Douglas Wiggins of Pocatello, Idaho; and one grandmother, Goldie Carter of Ravenswood.  Services will be held on Thursday at Grace Episcopal Church, Walnut Street, Ravenswood, with the Rev. Elizabeth Walker officiating.  Burial will be at sea with the cooperation of the U. S. Navy.  Arrangements by Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Memorials may be sent to charity of the donor&#39;s choice.</p>
