  <p>Information: Mary Jane Wigal, 61, of 502 Fleming St., Ravenswood, died June 30, 1990, at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg.  She was born at Belleville, a daughter of the late Charles Okey and Eunice Amos Wigal.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Ravenswood, a former employee of the General Services Administration in Washington, D. C., and was a former member of the Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority.  She is survived by two brothers, Harvey A. Wigal of Belleville and Charles J. Wigal of Washington, Va.; two sisters, Evelyn Lewis of Ravenswood and Christine Butten of Palm Bay, Fla.; one brother-in-law, Phillip W. Butten of Palm Bay, Fla.; one sister-in-law, Alene Wigal of Belleville; three nephews and two nieces.  Services will be at 1 p.m. today (Tuesday) at Kimes Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul J. Morrison officiating.  Burial will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens.</p>
