  <p>Information:  Leila Parrish Whitehouse, 71, of Ripley, died Saturday, Aug. 29, 1988 in Memorial Division, CAMC, after a short illness.  She was born in Jackson County and was a member of Ripley Baptist Temple.  Survivors include five sons, Richard, Robert and Cecil, all of Ripley, Charles of Ravenswood and Larry of Louisiana; three daughters, Janet Southall of Evans, Karen Harris of Ripley and Beverly Tackett of North Carolina; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Whitehouse, in 1977. Services were Tuesday at Ripley Baptist Temple with Rev. Brad Winkler officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
