  <p>Information: Otis William White, 61, of Gay, died Wednesday at the Jackson General Hospital after an extended illness.  He was born in Gay, a son of Harden White of Gay and the late Melinda Thomas White.  He was a night watchman at Cedar Lakes, attended the Gay Baptist Church and was a veteran of World War II.  In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Elva Alice White; three sons, Raymond and Donnie, both of Gay, and Roger White of Fairplain; two daughters, Mrs. Wilma Lee Payne and Mrs. Bonnie Neff, both of Ripley; and six brothers, Warren of Gay, Kenny of Sissonville, Oscar of Harmony, Pete of Walton, and Clyde White of Spencer, Luther of Ripley; sister, Mrs. Della Harris of Pennsylvania; and two grandchildren.  Services were conducted Saturday at the Aplin Methodist Church, with the Rev. Dave McClain officiating.  Burial was in the church cemetery.  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, was in charge of arrangements.</p>
