  <p>Information: Mrs. Leona M. White, 73, died Tuesday, May 9, at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. James S. Kessel, 127 Fairview Drive, Ripley.  She was born July 22, 1898 at Smithfield, W. Va., daughter of the late Bert Allen Mann and Netti May Long Mann.  Her husband, Ralph M. White, preceded her in death.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clarksburg and the Women&#39;s Christian Association of the same church.  She is survived by one son, Ralph White, of Rochester, New York and one daughter, Mrs. James (Betty Mae) Kessel, of Ripley; two sisters, Mrs. Trenna Smith of Clarksburg and Mrs. Edith Zirkle of Morgantown; six grandchildren.  The body will be removed from Parsons Funeral Home today (Wednesday) to the Davis and Weaver Funeral Home at Clarksburg where funeral arrangements are scheduled for Thursday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home chapel.  Burial will be in the Elkview Masonic Cemetery in Clarksburg, with Dr. Joseph De Bardie officiating.</p>
