  <p>Information: WHEELER RITES HELD AT GOSHEN - Funeral services for Theodore Roosevelt Wheeler, 65, of Gay, where held Tuesday at the Goshen church with Rev. Vairl Winter officiating and the burial with the Parsons funeral directors in charge was in the Skeen cemetery at Kentuck.  Mr. Wheeler, who was a farmer of the Gay community, died at the Gordon hospital in Spencer on Saturday after a short illness.  Surviving are his widow, Glada; four sons, Hershel of Brunswick, Ohio, Junior of Ripley, Ray of Reedy, and Larry of Gay; three daughters, Mrs. Barbara Leroy of Jackson county, Mrs. Martha Benson of Ripley, and Mrs. Mary Hartley of Gay; a half-brother, Harold Skeen of Akron, Ohio; three half-sisters, Mrs. Euna Parsons of Ripley, Mrs. Evelyn Jones of Akron and Mrs. Erma Beam of Coolville, Ohio; nine grandchildren.</p>
