  <p>Information: Selba Sattis Wetherholt, 83, of Sissonville died Wednesday, December 24, 1997, at home after a long illness.  He was a retired shift superintendent with the Union Carbide Plant, Institute.  He was a 50-year member of the Ripley Masonic Lodge 16 and of the Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Pocatalico.  He was a native of Jackson County and a graduate of Sissonville High School.  Surviving:  wife, Sybil Cobb Wetherholt; daughters, Jane Miller of Sissonville, Sally Tate of Greensboro, Ga.; sisters, Bessie Faber and Faye Fisher of Dunbar, Jannease Boggess of Charleston; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.    Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Robert Hill and the Rev. Bill Holtsclaw officiating.  Burial with graveside rites conducted by the Ripley Masonic Lodge 16, will be  in Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens, Cross Lanes.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family suggests donations be sent to Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Pocatalico or Humphreys United Methodist Church, Sissonville.     </p>
