Information: Funeral services were held Tuesday at  Parsons Funeral Home, Ripley, for Walter M. Westfall, 73, of Ripley who died Saturday in St.Francis Hospital, Charleston.  The Rev. John Watson officiated an burial was in Fairplain Cemetery. He was born in Jackson County, the son of the late Joney and Odessa Stalnaker Westfall.  He had been an employee of he West Virginia Department of Highways and a farmer. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Hazel Presley Westfall; four sons, Joseph C. and James O. Kiser, both of Elyria, Ohio, Herbert C. Kiser of Ripley and Andrew N. Kiser of Charleston; three daughters, Mrs. Lilian Comer, St. Albans, Mrs. Bonnie Fisher, Elyria and Mrs. Phyllis Shugg, North Ridgeville, Ohio; two brothers, Estell Westfall of Ripley and Russell Westfall, Charleston; one sister, Mrs. Addie Litton of St. Louisville, Ohio.
