  <p>Information: WESTFALL RITES AT APLIN RIDGE - Mrs. Roxie Westfall, 73, of Harmony, died Tuesday at her home following a sudden illness.  Born Jan. 22, 1891, at Staats Mill, the daughter of Elmer and Harriett Parsons Baker, she was a member of the Aplin Methodist Church where funeral services were conducted Friday.  She is survived by a foster son, Sherman Austin Cobb; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Lupardus of Harmony; three brothers, Milford Baker of Dexter City, Ohio, Donald Baker of McConnellsville, O., and Emory Baker of Michigan; two sisters, Mrs. Carrie Thompson of Somerset, Ohio and Mrs. Louie Bower of Westerville, Ohio; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.  The funeral service was held at the Aplin Ridge church on Friday with Rev. D. C. Guthrie officiating and the burial with the Vail undertakers in charge was in the church cemetery.</p>
