  <p>Information: Lola Ann Abbott, 62, of Silverton, departed this life Tuesday, August 6, 2002, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg WV, following an extended illness.  She was born May 20, 1940, in Romance WV, a daughter of the late Emmit Lanham and Georgia Young Lanham of Silverton.  She was a homemaker.  In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 42 years, Edwin D. Abbott; sons, Jeffrey Abbott of Ravenswood, Robert Abbott of Winchester VA, Daniel Abbott of Tuppers Plains OH,  David and Joseph Abbott, both of Silverton, Scott Abbott of Charleston, and Shannon Abbott of Ravenswood; daughter, Barbara Abbott of Ravenswood; sisters, Hazel Lanham of Silverton, Barbara Wilson of Gay, Delores Wolfe of Ravenswood; and 15 grandchildren.  In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by brothers, Lewis Lanham and Bernard Smith; and a sister, Thelma Kidd.  Graveside services and burial were held on Friday in Blaine Memorial Cemetery, Cottageville WV, with the Rev. Charles Cavender officiating.</p>
